Ronaldo Reis Madeira has always worked in coffee farming, starting with his family. With his wife Fernanda and their two children, he expanded operations by acquiring additional land through inheritance and purchase. He takes pride in his hard work and success.

At Sítio Mandioca, coffee is hand-picked by Ronaldo’s family, partially sun-dried on patios, and finished in a mechanical dryer to achieve optimal humidity.
