This coffee lot is from Werka, a village in Ethiopia's West Arsi Zone. It's processed using the natural method at the Gara Kone washing station, located at 2,020 meters above sea level and managed by Testi Coffee, founded by Mr. Faysel A. Yonis. The station employs 200 workers and processes 1.5 million kilograms of coffee cherries annually, delivered daily by 750-800 independent farmers during harvest. The high elevation and careful processing result in exceptional quality coffee.
